Pam qualified from Manchester University in 1976. She continues to develop her professional skills, especially in cosmetic and implant dentistry, facial rejuvenation, orthodontics, advanced denture design and the use of dental lasers. She has recently attained a Master's Level in cosmetic dentistry from New York and is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists.

She has many business and dental credits, including Chairman of The General Dental Practitioners Association and National President of Business and Professional Women UK and has written a children's book about going to the dentist.

Pam followed her father and brother into the dental profession and has been qualified for more than 30 years.
